    本公司研制的生物質(zhì)顆粒鍋爐是在引進國內(nèi)外先進燃燒技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合我國實際情況進行設(shè)計、開發(fā)、鍋爐受熱面采用水冷壁管加螺紋煙管三回程結(jié)構(gòu)，在爐膛前后拱處設(shè)置二、三次配風裝置，使生物質(zhì)燃料實現(xiàn)半氣化燃燒，大大減少了不完全燃燒損失。具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理，受熱面積大，熱效率高，燃燒充分，無污染，低排放等特點。采用機械自動加料裝置，實現(xiàn)機械化燃料供給燃燒，再配裝煙氣余熱回收節(jié)能器。各類排放指標均低于國家（GB13271-2001）《鍋爐大氣污染物排放標準》規(guī)定，是替代電、燃油、燃氣、燃煤熱水鍋爐的最佳產(chǎn)品。生物質(zhì)鍋爐運行成本低，比燃油、燃氣、電加熱鍋爐可節(jié)省40%-60%，比燃煤節(jié)省5%-10%運行成本，是一種高效節(jié)能環(huán)保的熱能設(shè)備。
